Ready to power up Ghana?

Common questions

Quick answers about delivery, warranty and installation across Ghana.

How long does delivery take within Ghana?

Stocked units ship within 1–3 business days. Greater Accra deliveries usually arrive next day; regional orders (Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, etc.) typically take 2–5 business days depending on courier availability. We'll share tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer installation support?

Yes. Our certified technicians handle site assessment, system sizing, mounting, wiring and commissioning for home, commercial and industrial setups. Installation is quoted separately based on location and system size.

What warranty covers Gesung power products?

All Gesung LiFePO4 power stations and inverters come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Battery systems are covered for defects and premature capacity loss under normal use. Exact warranty periods vary by product line and are listed on each product's spec sheet.

Can I install the portable power station myself?

Absolutely. Portable stations (GS-YD series) are plug-and-play: charge from mains or solar, then power your devices. No electrician required. For fixed home or business systems, we recommend professional installation.

Do you deliver outside Accra?

Yes — we deliver nationwide. Remote or rural locations may need a few extra days and a nearby pickup point, but our team will coordinate the best option with you.

What happens if my unit has a fault?

Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your order details. If the issue is covered under warranty, we'll arrange repair or replacement. For out-of-warranty units, we offer paid servicing and spare parts.
