The unit price includes the LiFePO4 battery storage generator, integrated inverter/charger, transfer switch and surge protection. Solar PV panels, installation, delivery, taxes and import duties are quoted separately so you only pay for what you need.

No hidden charges. We itemise every quote: generator unit, solar panels (if requested), cabling, installation labour, delivery and applicable taxes/duties. You approve each line before we proceed.

Yes. Corporations, hospitals/clinics, hotels and small shops can access our credit facility. You pay between 50% and 70% before installation, and the balance is settled on credit over an agreed term. Exact terms depend on your segment and purchase volume.

Delivery from our Mega Warehouse at the Tema Free Zone Enclave typically takes 1–3 working days for Accra and Tema, and a few extra days for Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale and other regions. We confirm the exact date when you accept the quote.

Most residential and small-business installations are completed in 1–2 days once the unit is on site. Larger commercial or industrial setups may take 2–5 days depending on switchgear, cabling runs and site access. We schedule a pre-installation survey to give you a firm timeline.

Yes. We recommend a shaded or ventilated location near your distribution board, a stable surface for the unit, and clear access for our technicians. During the survey we identify any extra cabling, breaker upgrades or mounting needs.

Yes. Once installed and commissioned, the system switches automatically between grid, solar and battery power. Our technician runs a handover test and shows you how to read the display and basic controls.

Yes. Every Gesung storage generator has a built-in MPPT solar charge controller, so panels can be added during installation or retrofitted later. We size the array based on your daily energy use and roof space.

Panel count depends on your generator capacity and how much of your daily load you want to run from solar. A typical home backup may need 4–8 panels, while commercial systems can require 12 or more. We provide a separate solar PV quote with panel quantity, inverter matching and installation cost.

Solar output drops on cloudy days, but the panels still produce some power and the battery stores surplus from sunny periods. The generator also recharges from the grid (ECG), so you always have backup even after several rainy days.

We supply tier-1 monocrystalline panels chosen for Ghana's climate, with warranties of 10–15 years on product and 25 years on performance. Panel brand and specification are confirmed in your solar PV quote.

No. Gesung generators are silent LiFePO4 battery storage systems. They do not burn fuel, produce fumes or require engine maintenance. You can use them on-grid, off-grid or as a hybrid with solar.

It depends on the model. The GS-GP3000 handles lights, fans, TVs and fridges. The GS-GP10K and GS-GP20/30K can run larger loads such as air conditioners, borehole pumps and workshop equipment. Share your appliance list and we size the right unit.

Each unit ships with the manufacturer's warranty covering defects and premature LiFePO4 capacity loss under normal use. Our Tema-based team provides diagnostics, spare parts and paid servicing after the warranty period.
