Every GS-CG 20K / 30K unit ships with the manufacturer's warranty covering defects and premature LiFePO4 180V capacity loss under normal use. Our Tema-based team handles diagnostics, spare parts and paid servicing after the warranty period. Keep your invoice and serial number for faster claims.
Yes — we deliver nationwide from our Mega Warehouse at the Tema Free Zone Enclave, typically 1–3 working days for Accra–Tema and a little longer for Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale and other regions. Certified technicians handle installation and changeover wiring where required.
